Pearland Chimney, Fireplace, and  Home Services was founded in  2005 by Greg Johnson. A Chimney Sweep apprentice to his grandfather for over ten years, Greg has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of roofing, windows, and siding installation, repair and replacement. Greg has also taken many courses on the subject of chimney and fireplace construction and safety, so he can stay up to date with current trends.
 
All of our staff are knowledgable with replacement windows, siding products and roofing components. We assign you with a Project Manager. His responsibility to you is to be your source of opinions and information. They will also insure material delivery, oversee construction crews, and be your point of contact throughout your project.

Pearland Chimney and Fireplace currently employs 7 professionals, not one of them is a SALES PERSON! No one gets paid until we have exceeded your expectations that we establish at the outset of the project. With very few exceptions it is when these expectations are exceeded do we ask for payment rarely do we take monies up front. In fact, one should be cautious about giving any monies in advance. Again, there are a few exceptions, but not many.

We have a large assortment of professional equipment. We run background checks on all of our Techs and the variety of other professionals (Roofers, Electricians, Plumbers, etc.) that may be on your project. Each and everyone of our job sites is assigned a Project Manager. The PM is your point of contact. Many times that same PM is also your Tech, they make sure that what is to be done gets done in a safe and courteous manner.
